The Guillaume Tirel School of Hospitality is located on Boulevard Raspail in the Montparnasse district. Lycée Hôtelier Guillaume Tirel has 4 training restaurants: 2 gourmet restaurants (Astérie and Côté Jardin) and 2 brasseries (Orée and Aube). The material and technical base of the college is represented by several kitchens, a hotel, an educational restaurant for students, unmarked classrooms, a conference room and a boarding house.

It is a recognized WorldSkills France resource center after the EuroSkills Graz 2020 championship of working professions.
